These terms explain the use of nahabagroup.com, its content and its project-enquiry form.

Our services and project enquiries

We present information about business websites, landing pages, Laravel web applications and website care and improvements. Website descriptions explain the kinds of work we offer; the deliverables for a particular project depend on the agreed scope.

Sending an enquiry does not place an order, reserve a project slot or oblige either party to proceed. A form confirmation acknowledges submission of the enquiry; it is not acceptance of a project.

We discuss requirements and confirm availability before agreeing a project. Project scope, price, payment stages, responsibilities, delivery expectations, revisions, ownership and support are set out in a separate proposal or agreement. These website terms do not replace or alter an existing project agreement.

Any general guidance about pricing or timing on the website is indicative. A specific commitment depends on the terms agreed for your project. We do not accept online payments through this website.

Using the enquiry form

Please provide accurate contact details and information relevant to your enquiry. Only provide personal information about other people where you have an appropriate reason and authority to share it.

Do not use the form to send spam, unlawful or abusive content, malicious code or material that infringes another person's rights. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details or sensitive documents through the form; we can agree a suitable method if project work requires protected information later.

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile and submission limits to reduce automated abuse. If verification or submission fails, you can contact hello@nahabagroup.com directly.

Website content and intellectual property

Unless identified otherwise, the website's original text, design and other materials are owned by Nahaba Group SRL or used with permission. Client names, trademarks, screenshots and third-party materials remain subject to their respective owners' rights.

You may browse the website, link to its public pages and save reasonable copies for evaluating our services. Other reproduction, redistribution or commercial reuse requires permission unless allowed by law or an applicable licence. These terms do not restrict lawful quotation or other statutory exceptions.

Showing a project in our portfolio does not transfer rights to the visitor. Ownership and permitted reuse of work delivered to a client are governed by the relevant project agreement and third-party licences.

Responsible use

Do not attempt to obtain unauthorised access to the website, hosting systems or data. Do not deliberately disrupt the website, bypass protective controls, submit malicious requests or impersonate another person.
