How pricing works
Clear scope. An agreed price. A practical plan.
We price each project around what you need to achieve and the work involved. Before delivery begins, we agree on the scope, responsibilities, price and payment terms.
Discuss your projectStart with what you need
You may need a focused landing page, a business website, a custom application or improvements to an existing site.
We help identify what is essential for the first release and what can follow later. Where useful, we divide larger projects into stages, each with a clear purpose and agreed scope.
If you have a budget range in mind, you are welcome to share it. This helps us recommend priorities and explain the options.
How we structure the work
Project quotes
For clearly defined work, we agree on a fixed price for the scope described in your proposal. Included revisions and completion criteria are set out before work begins.
Staged delivery
Larger projects can be divided into separately priced stages. This gives you opportunities to review progress and agree on the next stage before committing to it.
Hourly work
For troubleshooting, smaller changes or ongoing development, we can agree on an hourly rate. We provide an initial estimate, record the time spent and agree on a spending limit. Additional time requires your approval.
What affects the price
- The design, page layouts and content involved.
- Features such as calculators, customer accounts and online payments.
- Connections to other services or business systems.
- Content preparation, languages and migration work.
- The condition of an existing website.
- Testing, launch and handover requirements.
For existing websites, we may need an assessment before confirming the implementation price. Any assessment fee is agreed in advance.
What your proposal includes
Your proposal explains:
- What we will deliver and what is outside the scope.
- Who supplies content, assets and access.
- Review points and included revisions.
- The expected schedule and dependencies.
- The price, quotation currency and applicable taxes.
- Payment stages and due dates.
- Launch, handover and support arrangements.
We also agree on communication channels and review times that work across time zones.
Changes and ongoing costs
If your requirements change, we explain the effect on cost and timing before proceeding with additional work.
Hosting, domain names, paid tools and third-party services are identified as included or separate. Ongoing maintenance and further development can be arranged under a separate agreement.
Tell us what you have in mind
Share your goals, an existing website if you have one, and any important timing requirements. You do not need a complete technical specification to start the conversation.
We’ll clarify what is needed and suggest a practical next step.
